Plate (7″ / 18 cm) in the rare ‘Blue Jupiter’ pattern.
Susan Williams-Ellis designed this carved all-over pattern of circles with recesses early in 1964. This particular item is in the petrol blue Jupiter pattern, named because of its ‘space age’ feel very much in keeping with the times. Due to production issues this range was only produced up to 1968.
With early PORTMEIRION back stamp.
Good used condition, minor surface scratches.
