Description
A rare Frederick Rhead tobacco jar painted in the “Amstel” pattern, showing a bird perched on a branch in colours of blues, browns and black. The lid still has the original sponge in place.
Size 5.25″ / 13 cm high.
Printed factory marks.
Age related wear with crazing inside and on the bottom. There is a small restoration to the lip inside and a faint hairline (as shown in gallery image).
